Mais maintenant que nous pouvons expliquer et comprendre ce conflit, tous ces comportements incertains et d&eacute;fensifs deviennent obsol&egrave;tes, prennent fin, et nous nous lib&eacute;rons de la condition humaine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-para-wt\">Le moyen le plus simple de comprendre ce conflit tragique en nous et sa solution est d&rsquo;appliquer notre situation &agrave; une autre esp&egrave;ce.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-para-wt\">Imaginez une cigogne : nous l&rsquo;appellerons Adam. Chaque &eacute;t&eacute;, Adam migre instinctivement vers le nord avec les autres cigognes pour se reproduire. Il ne fait que commencer sa recherche de connaissances. En fait, il n&rsquo;a m&ecirc;me pas conscience de la nature du probl&egrave;me. Il a simplement commenc&eacute; &agrave; sentir qu&rsquo;il &eacute;tait mauvais, voire malfaisant.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-para-wt\">Alors, tragiquement, en cherchant &agrave; comprendre les causalit&eacute;s, trois choses se sont <span class=\"em\">in&eacute;vitablement <\/span>produites. Adam riposte d&eacute;fensivement contre la critique, il essaie de la nier et de la bloquer hors de son esprit, et il cherche d&eacute;sesp&eacute;r&eacute;ment tout renforcement qu&rsquo;il peut trouver pour se soulager des sentiments n&eacute;gatifs.
